Kenny Zou

Founder & CEO

Kenny Zou is Founder and CEO of CM Partners and has been involved in all phases of CM’s development since its founding. In addition, he is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s operations and investment activities. Prior to starting CM Partners, Kenny worked at Hana Financial Group’s Los Angeles Office and focused primarily on the firm’s financing and syndication activities. He led CM’s investments into Grouse Mountain Resort and Haro & Thurlow Partnership.

Kenny holds a B.A. degree from University of California, Berkeley and Masters of Public Policy from University of Southern California. He served on the Board of Directors of Grouse Mountain Resorts.

Regan Li

Co-founder & Managing Partner

Regan Li is Co-founder and Managing Partner of CM Partners where he is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s operations and investment activities. Before joining CM, Regan worked at H.I.G. Capital, a leading global alternative investment firm, where he evaluated and executed private equity investments across a variety of industries. Prior to H.I.G., he worked in investment banking at Macquarie Capital’s Financial Sponsors and Debt Capital Markets Group.

Regan holds a dual B.S. degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering and Economics from Duke University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
